NOT 100% SURE IF ALL MEMORY IS ACTUALLY CHECKED BEFORE BEING DISPATCHED

GOODS (2 MEMORY STICKS WERE ORDERED DESPITE BEING A BIT DEARER THAN ELSEWHERE & THEY ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AS PROMISED.
THERE WAS A PROBLEM I HAD TO RETURN THEM THIS TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET REPLACEMENTS !
I AM NOT SURE THAT THESE WERE TESTED BEFORE DISPATCH AS CLAIMED BUT MY PC WAS LEFT OPENED UNTIL THE REPLACEMENTS WHICH DID WORK ARRIVED.
AFTER THE INITIAL DISAPPOINTMENT THE FREE RETURN & REPLACEMENT MEMORY ARRIVING MY PC WAS UP & RUNNING AGAIN.
REASONABLY HAPPY WITH SERVICE.

I would like to thank you for taking the time and effort to leave a review following your recent order. I really appreciate reading all the feedback left. I can confirm that all of our memory is tested at our warehouse before dispatch to the customer. However on the odd occasion after dispatch the memory can incur a fault, this is one of the reasons why we offer a lifetime warranty on our RAM.
