Good Products most of the time but quality control is terrible.

Up to a couple of months ago I'd been happy with the photo books I'd ordered from them but the last couple of orders have been disappointing. I received a Wedding album that had been damaged in transit, not really their fault but the packaging used on the XXL books really affords little protection against rough handling by the postal service. The replacement album they sent out also came slightly damaged and nearly every page had crease marks on them that could only have got there during the production process, how did the book get past quality control? My last order of prints came through incomplete, the invoice said 3X A4 prints were in the delivery with other larger 20"X30" prints but there was no sign of them? They were sent out and arrived with-in a week, luckily the customer wasn't chasing me for them so it was OK on this occasion. Up to these last two deliveries the quality has been good and on time, I'll give them another try but any more cock-ups and I'll be using someone else in the future.
