Then the water was not in the room. Lack of staff to deal with breakfast; I expressed my concerns to the receptionist - who I have to say was trying her hardest to flip between helping the breakfast staff and doing her job;
There seems to be a Management issue at this hotel; the staff must be available on the time of service (and know what they are doing); no fault of the poor people that were trying their hardest when I was there;

But then; compared to my recent stays at the Best Western @ Retford; I would not want to pay you more than £50 per night - I pay them £65 per night - get a king size bed, excellent service at bar/breakfast/inclusive everything I needed from a hotel/room twice the size,
what more can I say; you hotel is not up to standard and I want a refund of at least £30 for my 1 night stay; luckily I was only there for 1 night
