Tickets arrived 4hrs before the event!!

This has got to be THE worst company i have ever had to deal with! I ordered 2 tickets at the end of June this year (that is 6 months ago) for a Ben Howard concert that took place on the 30th November. I was getting regular email updates telling me not to worry - my tickets were being tracked, they would be here etc. Well that was a load of s**t. I rang the customer service number several times 3 days, 2 days and on the day of the event explaining i was yet to have my tickets! I was originally told they would try and find me some other tickets - this was never taken up and on the day of the concert when i was still waiting to receive my tickets i was simply told i would have to get a refund. Hold on, i booked these tickets 6 months ago, have waited very patiently, they were for a birthday present - and i was being told i could go to the gig?? Anyway 4hrs.. yes 4hrs before my gig in LONDON - I am based in Kent, my tickets finally arrived! Not only was this unacceptable and diabolical enough, leaving me in such a rush, but when i read the face value of the tickets £17.50 each i had paid over 4 x each per ticket plus nearly £20 for P&P that arrived so late i nearly missed the show!

This site is disgraceful, i got no help and should have been offered some kind of refund or at least my £20 postage returned back to me.. at the very least!

NEVER use this site. Very badly run, and a massive RIP OFF!
