Excellent Customer Service Plus Excellent Prices
I have used Simply Supplements for the past couple of years, buy annual supply of vitamins for myself and my Husband. Customer service and Delivery times have always been good. I recently contacted customer service and asked if they had my items in the Sale, and they promptly emailed me with a Voucher offer Code to use on items not in the sale. Excellent would certainly recommend them.

Customers have a Choice
I purchased 10 Halogen candle bulbs recently for home use. They appeared to be a good buy when I went onto the website. After paying insurance, VAT etc the bill was over £5 more than if I had bought 10 from Sainsbury's where they cost less than £2 per bulb and no insurance or VAT to pay. You live and learn.
I did ring customer services to advise I had 2 broken bulbs in my delivery, whilst acknowledging my gripe about price, I was told I had a "choice" and next time I will use that choice and not go back to The Light Bulb Company. I did get my two broken bulbs replaced but was told these would have been changed without insurance cover !!!!
