I ordered a brace: it arrived in a couple of days. It didn't fit so I called customer service. Advice was given on a replacement. It arrived within a couple of days. Meanwhile I returned the original product, without charge and was given a full refund.

Your order was shipped on the 27th November. The post has been slightly slow recently because of the run up to Christmas. I would recommend checking with your local sorting office but if your order has not arrived by the end of the week please contact us.
