I have been a customer for 4 years without any problems but recently my order for 3 for 2 on christmas gifts caused a lot of hassle. 1 item arrived, 2 didn't arrive and were updated as 'delivered' a week after they should have been. Short story is that Customer Services were terrible, one reply would say they had been delivered, one reply said they had been returned, finally i got 2 responses from customer services within 30 mins of each other, one said the goods were on their way by express delivery - the other said that they had been cancelled and credited off my account! In the midst of the complaint they stopped answering my emails altogether and when I rang up they had closed the complaint of non-delivery - no reason why, they had just closed the query, no correspondence with me or credit to my account so if I hadn't called up they would have just carried on ignoring me! Shame as always been happy with the service before that and the products always good.
