The delivery was excellent and communications up to speed with the dispatch times. I needed to know when in the day my item was to be delivered as I was going out that day and didn't want to miss it.

I used the live chat option and the lady I spoke to contacted Fedex for me and told me that I was to expect delivery within one hour. They were better than I expected as it was then delivered within 45 minutes.

Why can't all services be this efficient?
