I ordered two drives from WAE+. They didn't arrive. I called after two months and was told they were out of stock and I should have been emailed but they would be back in stock the next day and be sent. Another two weeks go buy, still no delivery. Call back, drives have been in stock for 2 weeks but not sent. Promised they will be sent express. Wait another week. Still no drives. Am not allowed to speak to complains team or management as its 'against policy'. Still no delivery. I ask for a refund and receive a generic letter with my name spelled wrong and not capitalised. Still on refund. Now 4 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. The worst customer service I have experienced in years. The people on the phone were very nice but the company is clearly an absolute mess and the way my complaint at the service was handled was terrible - completely the wrong way to treat a customer who works within technology journalism! After the hours I have wasted on the phone on hold to these people and the utterly depressing experience dealing with them I now go out of my way to warn friends and business colleagues about them.
