i ordered a replacement sim from vodafone (which was dispacted the same day! 30th Nov 2012). i then recieved an email from DPD on monday 3rd December saying my delievery was delayed until the 8th December. on the 4th i get home after popping out for a while (which i would not have done if i knew i was receiving my parcel) to find a "sorry we missed you note". i call the number to contact DPD and the card number isnt recognised, so i go through to a advisor who also doesnt recognise the card number and finds me using the parcel number sent in the email. he then says the driver left it in the "safe place", i had no idea where this was as i had not be told, so he phoned the driver. after being on hold a couple minutes he tells me the driver actually had the parcel still in his van and had "put that down by mistake". iv rearranged a delivery time for 2 days time now as i know i am out all day tomorrow, lets hope it comes then!
