Considering the problems caused by the hurricane in New York, the company called me in England and kept me informed what was happening. When they dispatched the item it arrived more promptly than anything issued on my home turf, so well done DHL and good on SLRHut for using them.
Dealings with the company were always friendly and polite and they always contacted me if any issue arose.
The only problem was the i-Pad wasn't etched with my son's name but considering they had to get themselves up and running after the disaster, it's a minor quible.
I shall use SLRHut again!
