good fast service
The only complaint is about the product Asus netbook 1001P, I wish they wouldn't split the harddrive in half - Does C: really need to be 60GB? Also there's no XP/Windows 7 Disk so if you format the harddrive how do you reinstall the OS? Lastly Uninstalling Trend Micro's Antivirus software causes an error to do with ACPI to show every 5 seconds.

Returns process a nightmare
Bought a cheap tap, which was clearly a previous customer return as it still had water in it (no real issue) but the handles were on wonky. As requested I sent a photo of the problem. Then I had to chase them to get it returned. As yet I have sent tap back but no refund or new tap here yet! Very disappointed. For such a cheap tap I do not know why they couldn't send me another at the same time as returning this one.
