terrible quality of support service! close to impossible to get your money back for non-delivery of goods!

My first two orders were delivered without any problem. This time I am still waiting on the order made two months ago. Two emails I have sent so far were left without any response. I had to make several international phone calls (I currently live in Japan). Each time I was promised to be sent special form for refund, but no such email ever arrived. Yet I keep on getting various news letters, which shows that there is no problem with my email address.
Appalling quality of customer service. Complete lack of action. So if you feel like gambling, go on and place an order with HQ hair.
