This is about my 3rd experience with YODEL crowd. Same null star rating as usual.
I do not intend to repeat others stories. Similar beginning: parcel due on specific day, tracking not updated, no card left. Few days later out of the sudden tracking updated with random messages like "Unable to gain timely access" while no one tried to ring/knock/honk/detonate a grenade ... Then usual attempts to contact their automated and foreign answering machines and scripted answers. Usual lies about call back by manager ... This is the norm there. My parcel (next day delivery paid) is still nowhere to be found.
