My son preordered black ops 2 from this company. The day after it was due to arrive he still hadnt recieved it, so I gave them a call and they told me to leave it for 15 days then get in touch with Royal Mail. Anyway we still havent received anything so I went back onto shopto.net and filled out one of their 'tickets' and asked for a full refund. Their response was to close my sons account. They dealt with us very unprofessionally and I'll never use them again.
