TOO MANY PRE QUALIFYING QUESTIONS TOO OFTEN WITH NO REWARD

Yet again I have spent several minutes providing quite a lot of info before being told they have reached the required number and the survey is closed. if the survey has closed the there should be no need for qualifying questions at all. Also it is not unusual not to qualify after providing a lot of info. I genuinely believe information is being collated and used without payment being made. I do not trust the site and have unsubscribed.

Good prices and products

I buy frontline and drontal regularly. Excellent prices free p and p and comes in the proper packaging when others send out frontline without the box or instructions and labels. Good all round.

Coy about fees

I called to get some info regarding fees for my parents and these people refused to give me any indication of costs unless I provided them with all my parents personal information first. I see no reason why they could not provide me with their fee details without that information so we did no business.

In answer to your question regarding our fee, our service provides initial advice for free and without obligation. Only if you choose to proceed and your case completes would a typical fee of 1.3% of the amount released be payable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to say exactly how much the final cost to you would be as this will vary based on individual circumstances.

Many providers offer Age Partnership customers a cash-back contribution that goes some or all of the way to covering the cost of our advice. This means we can’t tell customers what the total costs will be until we know more about their circumstances and preferences.

Once again, I would like to apologise for this not having been explained to you. Nothing pains us more than to leave somebody with a bad impression of us or our service, so I would really like the opportunity to make up for the bad experience you have had so far. Wide choice of products and speedy delivery

I purchased a single bottle of a liqueur I had struggled to find. I was concerned about one bottle being sent in the post but the packaging is excellent and there was no chance of the item breaking in transit. It arrived very quickly and I would not hesitate to order again.
