Ordered 5 panel bi-fold shower screen. Better Bathrooms badly let down by courier service. Received call to say delivery would be late morning/early afternoon. At 4.30pm I rang Courier office to ask what was happening. Was told that the driver had just returned to the depot to collect our order and would deliver within the next 45 minutes. When he arrived he contacted us to say he was there but omitted to say he was parked in the next street. My daughter went down to meet him at the door then followed him to his van where he gave her the shower screen, told her to tick the 'unchecked box' on his paperwork and then drove away. I met my daughter struggling with the shower screen coming across the carparking area leading to her apartment. I am led to believe they should deliver to the front door. The reputation of Better Bathrooms could be tarnished by this lack of consideration from the Courier.
I was looking for some outside lights for Christmas. Found this website through Google. The item I wanted was 'out of stock' so rang to inquire if they may get more in. Spoke to Robert who could not have been more helpful. It was unlikely more supplies of this particular set of lights would be arriving BUT he had a physical check made of his warehouse by a colleague and lo and behold found 1 remaining set (even though his computer said 'no' ). I also purchased a further set (different brand) which were similar. The lights are up and look fantastic. Packaging and Delivery was excellent and all my questions were answered in an honest and friendly manner.
An excellent Company to deal with and cannot recommend them more highly.
