Awful - Deal with this Company at your peril!!

Booked Private Hire 3 times and always received Group Shuttle Service but charged the higher rate.Letters of Complaint sent in september when they were contacting their Overseas Manager responsible for Malta but 10 weeks later still no reply.Apparently Liz Miller the Customer Service Executive is dealing with it personally so if you get correspondence from her dont hold your breath !!
