Unfortunately I still do not have the camera as the courier lost it, have been in contact with globaÀl but they have not yet responded to my email. Sent promptly but not received by me. Customs clearance was obtained promptly, but from then onwards things went downhill. I was told by the courier company my camera would be delivered last Thursday 5 December. I waited in all day it did not arrive. I was told once again the courier had tried to deliver it on Monday. I was in all day, it was not received by me. When I contacted Yodel, the courier, they told me I had taken delivery and a person called Annette had signed for it. There is nobody at this address called Annette, nor do I know anyone with that name. I have emailed and asked to be refunded or a replacement camera sent. Eglobal want proof of 'non delivery. But the courier has a fraudulent signature. To date I have lost nearly £300 and I have no camera, which was to be a Christmas present'. I seem unable to progress this claim as none of the companies involved will at present accept responsibility. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Looked at lots of different areas with alpha rooms as we didn't know where to stay. Very informative on all the hotels, and we used the reviews, good and bad, to decide. Good photos of accommodation and information on the resorts. All in all a positive experience with the best price. We went to Malta for a wedding and did a lot of research on this hotel. When we arrived we found that the San Antonio had a fantastic pool complex, a small bar with snacks next to the pool, loads of loungers and a sea view. The hotel entrance opened onto a busy street with lots of bars and restaurants on the door step, all as described. Our room was always kept nice and tidy with frequent towel changes. We found that we had most probably chosen the best hotel as other members of the wedding party did not have such a pleasant experience with their choices. We understand the hotel is being refurbished this winter, and we would definitely go back. Alpha rooms have always been very efficient with their confirmation details, and have always given the best price, and the hotels always live up to their descriptions.
After much deliberation, short or long black classic ugg, I decided on short, as nearly always wear trousers. Made my Oder on line which was all fine and straight forward. It was only after completion, I realised I had ordered chestnut instead of black. It was early in the morning but I rang customer service, explained what had happened, and all was sorted. The lady immediately cancelled my order and I reordered the correct ones - I hope. They have not arrived yet. This is the third time I have used rubbersole, with excellent service every time.
