I paid extra for next day delivery, as the item was required urgently, but unfortunately it did not arrive. When I telephoned I was told it had been put on the wrong delivery van. It finally arrived three days later, not any use to me, as I needed the item urgently, hence paying extra for next day delivery. I am still waiting for a full refund of my money. I wonder how much longer I will have to wait.!!!!!
