Took all day off from University to wait for my package, finally got a delivery time of between 14:28-15-28 time went and passed still no delivery, checked tracking page at 16:00 and came up with 'unable to deliver' no explanation why and no time for a new delivery just claimed they will do it at 'next opportunity' would try to avoid all companies using this delivery service.
Read so many reviews of people with similar problems, should have checked who would be delvering my phone before I ordered it.
