I was sent an email that my food could not be delivered on the Thurs but they would get it to me on Friday, I waited all Friday, nothing. I emailed them on Saturday asking if I could expect delivery and then was called and told that it had been delivered to me on Friday and it was signed for?
I knew I was home all day and that none of my neighbours had signed for it but as a last resort I went and checked the basement flat in our building block and it had been delivered to a builder there who perhaps thought it was building supplies. Unfortunately now that neighbour knows I have emergency food and they will be knocking (hopefully just knocking) on my door in an emergency.
On the positive side & why it is 3 stars and not 1/2 is because I was called on the weekend when I sent the email by someone at the company who attempted to go through the situation & sort it out which is better than just email contact and also better than a no weekend response and only getting feedback on Monday.
Would I use them again? Probably the delivery problems are mainly the fault of whoever the courier company was.
