I returned a Bauerfiend knee support a week ago through the 'collect' system Physio room require and I have not received a refund. I bought another one so they have done well from me so I am very concerned that I cannot talk to anyone to see where my refund in and that it is not forthcoming either.
I will be intrigued to know if you do actually respond as you say in the email accompanying the review request.
