Recevied damaged sample through the post
I received a sample tile damaged through the post. It really isn't the fault of Tons Of Tiles ltd. I blame the courier. However, it would have helped if the package was marked fragile in bold red font.

Unfortunatley on rare occasions samples do get damaged during delivery as they are sent in the post. If samples are too damaged for proper judgment we will of course replace them.
Please note that all full orders are sent out on secure pallets and are fully insured.
