After purchasing a wowcher for a camera (holiday is tomorrow) the delivery company (Yodel) were unsucessful in delivering the item due to me being at work. I contacted Yodel to rearrange the delivery to my work address, they refused and told me to speak to wowcher... after a few weeks wowcher replied and told me that they understood that my item had been delivered. Swings and roundabouts later, neither Yodel nor Wowcher take responsibility for my lost item...and I am out of pocket! What a joke!?!
