I have had problems before with DPD claiming to have visited my address but 'no-one being in' when on each occasion I was taking time off work to be at home specially! I am waiting again today for my parcel to be delivered - can DPD not just call the customer if they are having difficulty finding an address?? The 'automated response that 'no-one was in' really irritates me as it just isn't true!!
It would be so much better if DPD actually had an easy to contact centre to chase up undelivered parcels rather than having to post on this forum to get action each time....
