Promised next day delivery - it wasn't. It was delivered a day later but only half of the order. Customer services incredibly unhelpful and one person out and out rude. 10 days later got a phonecall from Very to inform me the parcel was at another store. Still not been refunded - apparently I have to wait until it gets back to them! They've had my money for over two weeks.
Not a very good experience at all.

When things go well asos are great but if you have problems - wrong items or returns they are a nightmare. They state returns will be dealt with in 24 hours so when mine hadn't been dealt with in 5 days of then receiving it (you can check this on the collectplus tracking website so I have proof it got there at that time) I emailed them they said they don't have it wait another week! An absolute joke when there's proof.
This isn't a one off either 6 of my recent orders have had issues. I suppose i was daft to keep ordering from them but I've learnt my lesson now and I'd won't be using them again they've had enough chances. If there's any chance you'll need to return something I'd seriously consider if the hassle is worth it.
