Ordered a washing machine, e-mail response saying I would get another e-mail giving me tracking details. Morning of delivery - no e-mail. Rang company and was told a new system wasn't working so no tracking details were available but delivery should be about lunchtime and the driver would call an hour before delivery.
Delivery actually happened at 7:30 with call at 7:10.
Delivery guy was very pleasant but not happy that he had such a long day with so many deliveries.
Would have been good if I had been updated with delivery time about 2pm.
Good product but no 2nd class delivery option - £14 product cost £6 to deliver by the cheapest means.
