1st Item Faulty-replaced. 2nd Item faulty - couldn't be bothered with rigmarole. No More.

I order a lighting dimmer switch of a style I have several of. When it arrived it worked but not correctly. It randomly turned on and off and then wouldn't turn on at all. I sent it back and received a replacement several days later. The second one was also faulty, it turned on or off when any other electrical item in the house was turned on or off. The other 2 switches on similar circuits from another supplier were fine. I'm afraid I couldn't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of sending it back again as it had arrived while away on holiday and the returns date would have expired. Pity really because I was going to buy several other expensive items from them. They seemed nice to deal with.

Electrical items can sometimes be faulty or installed incorrectly.

I'm afraid we would need the product back for investigation & I think the 2 stars is completely unjustified.
