I came across Ironmongery Direct through a web search engine when looking for Pewter door handles. Through the excellent web site I was able to find what I was looking for and placed an order.
Through my own error I managed to place the order twice, however when I telephoned Ironmongery Direct customer service the next morning they had already noticed my error and had cancelled one of the orders.
I placed my order online late on Thursday evening and the order (3 sets of door handles) was delivered on the Saturday morning.
This company provides excellent service and goods at a reasonable price. I will use again and will recommend Ironmongery Direct to others.
