Not happy with the service from dpd - was expecting a parcel to be delivered yesterday after i chose next day delivery because i wanted to ensure someone was at home to take it in as i work all day. Recieved a few texts from them updating me on the whereabouts of my parcel (which impressed me) until i got a text to say it had been delivered to my neighbour, presumably because no one was at my house. This was definitely not the case! There was no attempt made to deliver to my home and there was no parcel for me at the address they told me it had been left at, nor was there a person there at the time to have taken it in! I even went to a couple of other houses to check that simply the number was wrong but unfortunately it wasnt. Its now not convinient for my to have my parcel delivered another day and am angry that i dont have what i ordered which i needed! Like most companies there is no number to call and talk to someone to try and establish where exactly they left my parcel (if anywhere - by reading some other reviews on here it sounds as if this isnt a one off). Really disappointed by the poor service and will try and avoid using dpd again.
(To note i was told my parcel was delivered by "Delroy")
