Absolutely AWFUL

This company have been so shocking in delivering my parcel.
I paid for next day delivery , and apparently there was an 'access problem' in delivering to my flat.

Parcels get delivered to my flat on a regular basis and they made no effort to ring my intercom or ring the contact number so therefore that is unacceptable!

They have no reliable way of contacting them to ask about redelivery or to pick it up from a sorting office.

This is an absolutely appalling service.
