Happily took my money for a product they did not have in stock. Two weeks later they claimed it was due imminently and would be with me in a couple of days. Over a month later and the website says the product is now in stock but still no delivery and they have stopped responding to support emails and will not refund my money. Might as well have put the money in the bin.
My prescription sunglasses took a little longer than I expected to arrive but they have been finished to a reasonable quality and the prescription seems correct. I'm happy with them and will use SelectSpecs again.
