We paid extra for a half day delivery slot on a Tuesday but were rung up on the Monday to say it would be delivered a day early on Monday morning instead. There was no delivery and when rung up they could not help at all initially, other than to keep repeating that it would be delivered on the Tuesday morning. Subsequently they rang back to say it would be delivered before 10am on the Tuesday, as opposed to 12. They were only late by 20 minutes.

I'm sorry to hear of the confusion over the delivery date. I apologise of any inconvenience this has caused you and I have refunded the delivery charge you have paid.
