Can't cope

My business cards recently arrived, in a timely manner. However, there's a faut with colour bleed on some of the text.

I tried multple times to call their contact number, and was greeted each time with a "mailbox is full" message.
I then sent an email to them about my faulty cards, and so far have not received an an acknowledgement. I need cards to hand out to clients, and I don't know how long this will take to be rectified.
Their standards seems to have dropped from 2 years ago.

I'm sorry that you have had problems contacting us. We did have a day last week where our phones were down one morning unfortunately. I cannot find any email from you under your account though. What email address did you send it to please? I will also contact you directly to try and get this issue resolved.
