Very quick delivery and good quality clothing. Just a shame about the small amount of female clothing and they don't have any steel cap wellies made for girls so they don't fit properly. If you're a woman and need wellies, I'd recommend to go a size or two smaller or look elsewhere for female wellies.
If you need to make a warranty claim for a faulty item, it's so stressful. I made a claim and it didn't say it was confirmed and everything was okay and it had been processed. The only button available was to read the return instructions or go back to your returns. I then remembered I forgot to include a fault so I made another claim saying I had forgotten to include this fault but this time, it confirmed my claim, meaning my first one didn't go through. I thought that's not a big deal, I'll just make another claim with all the original problems in. But wait, it's not that easy! I made the same claim over ten times, rewriting it a few times but it did not process it at all. I realised that if you write too much (around 10 lines) it pushes the 'continue' button down to an area where you can't actually press it to continue so your only option is to go back and start again. So I did and reduced the amount of writing. I would get to the final screen but it appeared like my first one did and didn't say it was submitted. I checked my e-mails to see if, just in case, they had gone through but of course they hadn't. I went to go to customer support but oh no, they don't exist! I clicked customer support from the drop down list and it came up saying that that website doesn't exist! So you can't actually contact customer support!
I got too annoyed to continue so I had to write a letter to go with my return to write down all the faults and inform them of their terrible website seeing as you can't anywhere else. So if you want to return a faulty item of theirs, it's probably best to send it back to the company you bought it from and get a new item, but even then, that'd probably be faulty too.
Plus, I sent my item back and they returned me a new one, but with a missing component so I still can't use it, many months on, but I've given up trying to bother with them now. Absolutely awful.
I have never came across a site that dispatches your order within 5 minutes AND takes a photo of your parcel to prove it! It shows just how much they value their customers that they take time out to take a photo! It's great and although I haven't received my order yet (I ordered it last night) I can tell I'll be visiting this site again! One of the lowest prices around too! :) LOVE IT!
I saw the advert for missguided and thought I'd have a look as I want some new clothes! I went on and I was pleasantly surprised by the fashion. I loved pretty much everything on it! I put about £100 worth in my basket and then when I was viewing my bag and clicked on an item, the website failed and loads of writing came up (the script for the website). So I tried to go back but it just kept showing the scripts. I shut it and tried again but it did it again. So I left it for a few hours and came back, searching through everything extremely slowly (it's so slow in loading) trying to find my favourite items again and you guessed it, it stopped working again. I'm really annoyed by this. I've never been on such a bad site. I was really looking forward to spending some money on these clothes and now I've been brought to here, only to find very displeasing comments from customers which has kind of put me off the site all together. Fix it please!
