Beware infurn.com - poor customer service

Searched for product. Found lamp I was looking for. Right spec and good price. All good so far. Stated that "free delivery" and money back guarantee. Added to cart and checked out. Expected confirmation email and estimated delivery date to be sent through. After a couple of days not having received anything I went onto my online account and was amazed to see estimated delivery date as April 2013!! Took a further 36hrs for the company to respond to my email and was then told that standard order/ delivery times were 10-18 weeks and that this was in the terms and conditions. In addition, a refund is limited to 80%!! For a company with such a different delivery schedule, this should be flagged on each product and at checkout. No goodwill extended to customers here.
