I can tell you I ordered glasses from different website before but never seen anyone this bad at it is.

The frame is wrong size and, absolutely crocked.The lenses ridiculously thick do not even fit in the frame and was cut diagonally to take off some sharp edge but still sharp. When I look in the glasses the picture looks like you see with a birds eye it is not flat it is concave I cannot tell if the prescription is wrong or right since I can’t see anything normally do to all those defects.that I ordered the glasses on December 9th 2013 (the website indicate: production takes about 36-48 hours.) and it arrived on January 2th 2014.,according to the postal stamp it was sent December 20th 2013.

Not worth my time and money.

Took some time to arrive, but I expected since I live in Canada. The glasses quit heavy, the frame crocket, had to take to an optometry to correct somehow,but it turned out that not jus crocket but the left eye glass is right but the right glass prescription was done wrong, I cannot properly see on it so the whole glasses useless for me. It is too expensive send it back.

Sorry to hear this. Your order was shipped to you within 5 working days, it unfortunately looks like there was a delay in the the postal system in Canada. Regarding the problem with your frame, if you contact us about this we can look in to the problem for you - your lenses should be correct to the prescription given to us.
