Excellent site - easy to navigate and with the biggest choice of spirits of any online seller I've seen, particularly single malt whiskey. They respond quickly and knowledgeably to requests for advice. The delivery is excellent - standard delivery comes within two days and the goods are always well packaged.
Could do with some kind of loyalty scheme - I've spent hundreds of pounds on this site over the last few years and recommended it to friends and have never received any kind of loyalty reward - voucher, discount, free gift, etc.
