excellent customer service

i rang phones 4 u several times before actually purchasing a phone, as the phone was for my 16 year old fussy daughter. everytime i received excellent help and information from the people i spoke to. one lady even rang round some of my local branches for me to try and locate a specific colour of phone.
i would certainly recommend phones 4u to anyone.
