A delight to deal with

I bought 2 homeplugs to set up a network between my SkyHD box and my router which are in different rooms. Unfortunately the network was not effective and i blieve this was because the sockets were on 2 different circuits and not part of a ring main. I tested them on a circuit that has a ring main and they worked perfectly.
I called Faculty-X and explained the situation and was offered a full refund on return of the goods which happened very quickly. After some discussion and advice from Richard i am now going to buy a wireless device from them to get the network set up.
The service was simply superb!
