The Wellington boots were offered at a very competitive price so ordered on line with ease. Communications were excellent from Garden XL informing me of the various stages my order was going through. Unfortunately once the package moved to the delivery company it went bad. Yodel were engaged to deliver to me and basically this company post farcical data on their Parcel Tracking page. Yodel received the package on 23 November it took them until 3 December to successfully deliver. You have to give Yodel 10 out of 10 for perseverance! They apparently tried every day to deliver and there was never anyone in - rubbish - both my husband and I work from home. Interestingly, their tracking page says that they have delivered and got a signature for this one package twice - now that is clever! I have to praise Garden XL however because as soon as I notified them that there were delivery problems they immediately got a second delivery out to me using a different delivery company and I received my goods within 24 hours. My suggestion is that Garden XL consider who they use as their parcel delivery partners. I would probably have been able to give them 5 stars without my Yodel experience!
