Unbelievably helpful!
I have bought from clickbasin on many occasions for different projects, because of their unbelievable customer service. When I have had faulty parts or broken deliveries they have replaced these without question. The products are all well priced and value for money.

We do, as you know, supply ceramic and glass items which by their very nature are breakable, despite all the efforts we go to protect them during transportation and that’s why in the odd event of a damaged item being received or even a faulty component we do keep things really simple, so we can get any problem sorted out straight away with the minimum of inconvenience for our customers.
