good price shame about the delivery bombardment

Easy to find what you wanted, competitive price, on a clear site.
My only reservation is that having paid for a specific delivery slot (always feel a bit short changed with this) in the space of 3 days I then got 6 texts and 3 phone calls regarding the delivery. I expected maybe a confirmation text on the day of delivery, but not that bombardment!

I'm sorry that you felt you received too much information regarding your delivery. We do keep customers informed regarding their delivery as this is what customers have asked for. However, it may be that you have received more communication than normal. I have your order number so I will look into this further.

AVOID! awful service

Ordered a birthday card with a gift card inside. The poor design of the site meant on confirming a different gift card showed. 3 unanswered emails meant I had to phone. Eventually they agreed to cancel the original incorrect gift card and send the correct one by separate cover. The original birthday card arrived 4 days late, and 10 days later there is still no replacement gift card.
Awful company, shoddy customer service (when I phoned initially they said they were still working through emails from Mothers day 2 weeks previous!! - that tells you how many complaints they get!)
