Bought 4 x 1GB modules on standard delivery which arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately one module failed after a week, so used web site to contact for returns authorisation in evening. Received returns number next morning and sent back same day using Freepost sticker on delivery note. Received replacement module by return of post. Excellent and efficient customer service. Only marked down because of initial module failure.
