I had left it a little late to order something special for my husband's birthday when I placed the first order, and it appeared that the delivery might be two or three days late. I emailed to explain my situation, and received an immediate reply. The gift actually arrived the day before his birthday, and this was much appreciated.
A second order was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control, but I was kept up to date about progress with regular telephone calls until they were able to process the order.
