Shocking service, terrible communication, should be shut down - AVOID

I have just lost £197. I ordered some toys for my son's christmas present due to be deliverd on 20th November. That date came and went and when I rang WAE+ customer service I waited on the phone for over half an hour to speak to an advisor who then told me the order had been delayed and it would arrive the early part of the following week. Again, that date came and went. I then tried calling every day, only to have an answerphone message telling me all the customer service agents were too busy to answer the phone and could I e-mail my query to their "rapid response" team. That is a complete jokle as this team failed to respnd to 2 emails and only when I then sent through a cancellation of the order, I then get a response telling me that they have not received payment from the merchant and I have to contact my bank or card provider to get a refund for "goods or services not provided". This is fraud as far as I am concerned. I have contacted my bank and they are telling me that it will be at least three weeks for me to get my money back via them and even then its not guaranteed. Horrible experience. Horrible company. I hope they go bust or get shut down.
