Not even remotely bad!

The remote was despatched promptly (not their fault Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address), batteries inserted and we were up and working - no fiddly tuning or entering codes, it just worked. Perfect, thanks so much.

Good Sales experience, poor after sales service

The price and service for the shower I ordered were excellent. No complaints at all.

However, the shower was faulty when installed. On contacting Shower Doctor I was told to contact the manufacturer to get them to fix it under Warranty. This is a just-out-of-the-box, brand new, never been used unit. As the seller, I would have expected Shower Doctor to send a replacement shower and to deal with the manufacturer regarding the faulty shower, which I would have returned to them.

Im sorry to haer that you were unhappy with our after sales service.

Here at the shower doctor we do take our feedback very seriously and that is why we signed up to Truspilot. This way any feed back good or bad we get the chance to change the way we do things for the better and the customer.

We have no problem with a customer wanting to send back or replace an item deemed faulty or damaged on delivery. We will replace goods without question as you can see from many of our other Trust Pilot Reviews. however, we always suggest contacting the manufacturer in the first instance as they will send out an engineer, who if the shower is faulty will repair or replace the unit under guarantee, this will save you the hassle of stripping the unit out repacking it and sending it back to us and then having to fit the replacement unit and any extra costs from plumbers.

If you are still experiencing issues with the shower then please get in touch so we can resolve tha matter and send out a replacement unit if need be.
