I saved about £30 on my run flat tyre and they delivered it to our local garage the next day. I needed to speak to someone because I had missed giving a different delivery address on the order and they could not have been more helpful in ensuring that the tyre was delivered where I wanted it to go.
I ordered the Solex Hobby Pro Table Football Game online on Saturday 1 December and paid with my credit card. No problem and delivery was to be next working day i.e. Monday 3 December. The order was confirmed by e.mail.
As nothing had arrived by Tuesday at 15.45 I rang to see what was happening. They had been going to ring me (when?) as they had no stock and could not fulfil the order. They did not expect any more stock before Christmas. It would take 2 days for the money to go back to my account as they use a different bank.
After putting the phone down I checked their website and the item was still advertised for sale - so beware they do not seem to link stock to sales very well..
I also could not get the review to work from their site but was given a second opportunity to do so when I got a further e.mail today (5 December) saying thank you for my order and asking me to complete the review - WITH PLEASURE!
