Age Partnership were professional and prompt. No unnecessary phone calls or junk literature. They contacted me only when they had something specific to say or ask. I wasn't pestered by "How are we getting on,sir" every orther day. The staff that I spoke to were courteous and knowledgeable. The whole business was completed painlessly and efficiently (and a lot quicker than I had previously been led to believe by other companies).
